» US Government (Democratic/Republic party)
A political party that controls the US government and revolves around the president.
- The president of the United States:
The most powerful person of the US as voted by the elections. In the 'Sunset' scenario at the time of the missile attack on Japan - an ally, he attempts to test Japan's true worth.
- Informant Mills:
An informant who brings the Killer7 mission orders from the government. He personally doesn't clarify it, but he's the dog of the US government.
- Killer7:
Assassins who take requests from Mills then accomplish their missions.
- Jeffers and Dudley:
Canvassers of the US government. At the time of the missile attack on Japan in 'Sunset', they were present at the Japan-US closing conference. They were to take on negotiations with Japan's Democratic party members, Oota and Kuramoto.
» US Opposition Party [Immigration Office]
They carry out activities to seize the initiative of the US government and replace it. They control the immigrant office that isn't under the control of the US government. However, there is a dark rumor going around at the Immigration Office, that immigrant children are being supplied to the 'major power of the East' as materials for the 'Smiling Faces'.
» Liberal Party (Second opposition party)
In the past was a large political party that once held a grip on the Japanese government. They are busy with negotiations with the US to prevent the missile attack on Japan.
- Hiro Kasai:
An informant who has thorough knowledge of the movements of the Japanese community within the US. In the "sunset" scenario, he entrusts the killer7 to do away with an international class A intelligence operative.
- Oota & Kuramoto:
In the "sunset" scenario, they're assigned to take on negotiations (Mahjong?) as canvassers with Jeffers and Dudley from the US government, in order to have the US intercept the launched missiles.
» United Nations Party (Japanese government party)
A large community of Japanese descendants that are in the US. There are union members in nations around the world, not only in the US. Even in the Japanese political world, they have a lot of strong political power.
- Tooru Fukushima:
In the past he set his sights on being a politician in Japan. He was one of those who decided on the Yakumo Cabinet Policy Doctrine, but beaten in a power struggle, he crossed over to the US. He's a powerful figure in the UN party and even has great political power in the US government.
- Kenjirou Matsuoka:
A young politician of the UN party. He was blamed for not being able to prevent Japan's downfall and was demanded by Akiba and Kurohashi to commit suicide. Something had awakened within Matsuken at the time he was touched by Kun Lan.
- Akiba & Kurahashi:
Politicians who supported the revival of Japan after WWII, and are veteran executives of the United Nations party. Abandoned by the US and grieved with the insufficiency of a young person that was the cause of Japan's downfall and time of weakness, they demanded Matsuken to kill himself.
--The Yakumo Cabinet Policy Doctrine--
A document that is said to be able to change the structure of the world. It's a political policy that was created by a Japanese political organization called the 'Union 7'. Ulmeyda who was introduced in the 'Cloudman' scenario, had one section of the document and succeeded in making a deserted town in the desert into a world-famous enterprise. It seems disputes are unfolding among national powers circulating the Yakumo which holds so much power.
